We accept returns for items purchased at starreeleven.com.
To be eligible to return, products must be unworn and unwashed, with no stains, odors, or damages, and with the tags still attached, within 14 days of delivery date. Please consider the environment and reuse the original packaging when possible.
A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your return. We offer free return shipping on exchange requests and for store credit.
Starre Eleven reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet our requirements. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
When using your own carrier for returns or exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Starre Eleven is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged items.

Exchanges may only be made for a different size. We do not offer exchanges for different colors or styles.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. After your return is processed, it will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for payment to reflect in your account.
